If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support at (888 494 8766 ) or email customerservice@90degreebyreflex.com within 72 hours of receiving the item.

Return / Refund Policy:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after ship date.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
