Retail Returns

We want our 90 Degree customers to be happy with their purchases. We want our guests to be satisfied and we will do our best to take care of your issue in a timely manner.

Our manufactured products may vary in logo placement, fabric content, seaming, and exact color. Images on our website are an approximation of the product. We cannot control if colors or shades of our products are different from actual product due to varying screen resolutions. These issues do not constitute as a defective item and will not be eligible for Damage/Defective Returns. If you have any concerns or specifics, please reach out prior to purchaseand we will be glad to assist you.

 Incorrect or Defective Item:

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact customerservice@90degreebyreflex.com within 72 hours of receiving the item.   

This allows us to address your issue quickly and arrange for your return label and replacement item. The quicker we receive back the damaged/incorrect item the faster we will send out your replacement .

We will accept returns on eligible items in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund .

Please include a copy of the invoice / packing slip inside the return package for faster processing. On the invoice / packing slip, please denote which item is being returned.

 Exchange Policy:

If you have received an item that you would like to replace with a different size or color,or a similarly priced item, please contact us within the 72 hours of receipt of the item .

We will replace your item as soon as we receive back the original item.The customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping.

Return / Refund Policy:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the return item(s) only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after the receiving date.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • no signs of wear, wash or damage in any way
  • clean of any debris, hair, makeup or deodorant
  • hang tag intact and attached
  • correct polybag included
  • within 30 calendar days of the received by date
  • BY LAW, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ALL UNDERWEAR, UNLESS  SUCH UNDERWEAR IS IN ITS SEALED UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

If the above conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued for that item.
Items should be received "ready for restock".

 

 Third Party Purchases:

*If you purchased your 90 Degree by Reflex product(s) from a third party retailer, all returns and exchanges must be conducted through the original place of purchase.

We only handle product purchased thru the www.90degreebyreflex.com website
