Incorrect / Defective Item:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support at (212) 730-6661 ext.24 or email email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the item. This allows us to address the issue in a timely manner.
Our manufactured products may vary in logo placement, fabric content, seaming, and exact color. Images on our website are an approximation of the product. We cannot control if colors or shades on our products are different from actual product due to varying screen resolutions. These issues do not constitute as a defective item and will not be an accepted for Damage/Defective Returns. We do our best to update images accordingly, but inventory can vary from shipment to shipment. If you have any concerns or specifics, please reach out prior to purchase.
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges due to inventory control.
Any adjustments to style/size/color must be carried out through a separate order.
RETAIL Return / Refund Policy:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the return item(s) only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
STEPS FOR REQUESTING A RETURN ONLINE:

Enter your email address and order number to start your return request. Follow necessary direction below email address and order number request box.
We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after ship date.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- no signs of wear, wash or damage in any way
- clean of any debris, hair, makeup or deodorant
- hang tag intact and attached
- correct polybag included
- within 30 calendar days of the ship date
- BY LAW, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ALL UNDERWEAR, UNLESS SUCH UNDERWEAR IS IN ITS SEALED UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
If the above conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued for that item.
Items should be received "ready for restock".
You will receive an email for your RA # (Return Authorization Number) If your return request is approved.
Customers will receive an emailed store credit for our online shop if items are received after our 30 day return policy window. *If items are received after 60 days from purchase date, no store credit will be issued. No exchanges or exceptions!
Please include a copy of the invoice / packing slip inside the return package for faster processing.
On the invoice / packing slip, please denote which item is being returned.
