SHIPPING LABEL BUT NO PACKAGE?

When a label gets created, an email gets automatically sent out to you. This however, does not mean the item was shipped as yet, but rather it was fulfilled in the system.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

At this time, we cannot cancel orders. Please call customer service at (888)-373-7485, Monday through Friday 9 A.M - 5P.M within the first hour of placing the order to inquire more. Please note, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to halt the shipment. However, you can send the item back with our free prepaid label.

Order placed on holidays, on Fridays after 5 P.M and over the weekend cannot be cancelled.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order and get it out to you.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I STILL MAKE CHANGES TO IT?

Once an order has been placed, no further changes can be made. This includes changes to the shipping/billing address. 

WHEN WILL RETURNS BE PROCESSED?

We are processing returns within 3-5 business days once your return reaches our headquarters.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to return to your original form of payment.

ORDER SHIPMENT DELAYED?

Due to COVID-19, FEDEX & USPS are processing and delivering packages at a much higher volume than normal at this time. With their implemented guidelines to protect their employees as well, shipping and delivery time may be delayed across the US. We ask that you please keep an eye on your tracking to follow your orders progress. If you've seen no updates in over a week, please contact us.

CAN I RETURN MY MYSTERY PACK?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MYSTERY PACKS. There is no guarantee that you won't receive duplicate styles/duplicate colors, as each mystery pack is completed with a random selection. This does not warrant a return/exchange.

MY LEGGINGS ARE PILLING, WHAT DO I DO?
We regret you are experiencing a pilling issue! Pilling is caused by abrasion in wear amongst other things. This is not because of a defect in clothing or a manufacturer error and will not be covered under our warranty. To avoid pilling in your leggings, follow these steps below:
  • Before washing, turn the garment inside out. This prevents any abrasion to the surface of your leggings from other clothing that may be rough to the touch like jeans, zippers and buttons.
  • Sort clothing before washing. Your leggings are delicate items, wash on a delicate cycle with like items and avoid items with different fabrics that can cause abrasion to your leggings.
  • Use the washer's gentle cycle. This will slower the agitation on your leggings and the shorter wash cycle will help with the pilling.
  • Do not overload the washer. When your washer gets crammed as full as possible, it does not give your leggings breathing room to move easily and causes damage to the surface of your leggings.
  • Use a laundry detergent that contains the enzyme cellulase. This helps remove pilling and break them down.
  • Avoid clothes dryer. If using a dryer, remove your items as soon as possible to prevent abrasion from other fabrics or dry on tumble dry for a few minutes.
