Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Any orders including any item(s) sold under the "Wholesale" section of this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
NY Form ST-120 (Resale Certificate) is available by request.
Make sure to enter your Tax ID when creating a wholesale account.
Our Wholesale Accounts are open for Domestic orders in USA only. No International orders at the moment.
By making any purchase of merchandise from 90 Degree by Reflex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound thereby.
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment thereof, or refuse sale to any purchaser for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.
In no event may any wholesale merchandise purchased from this website be resold by any purchaser or made available for sale by any purchaser on any online marketplace including but not limited to Amazon.com (and all associated entities and marketplaces) and/or Ebay.com. Moreover, no wholesale purchaser hereunder shall sell or cause to be sold such merchandise at any Consignment Store(s) and/or Flea Market(s). We reserve the right to refuse sales to any businesses or individual for any violation of these terms and conditions, or for any reason, at our sole discretion. Any unauthorized distribution of merchandise in violation of these Terms and Conditions will immediately result in the shut-down of your account on this website at our sole discretion.
There is no minimum purchase for our wholesale category
We release completed orders when payment is 100% fulfilled, this includes the subtotal, shipping cost, tax, and any credit card processing fees that may apply. We do not accept payment terms or COD
Shipping prices vary with weight. You will have options for cost and delivery speed before processing payment at checkout. Please note any orders that choose the option for RETAIL ONLY shipping will have their orders canceled. We will not accept any orders that choose RETAIL ONLY shipping.
Cancellations & Returns:
ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS WILL BE STORE-CREDIT THROUGH TOTAL OF SUBTOTAL AND TAX ONLY. SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FROM RETURN CREDIT.
If you decide to cancel your wholesale order, you must contact us via email within 12 hours of order being placed and explain, in detail, the reason for canceling.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel you order, as it may have already shipped. The sooner you notify us, the better!
- Verify all contents on packing slip as soon as received.
- Inspect all goods as soon as received.
- Any issues with received order must be reported via detailed written email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of goods having been confirmed delivered. If you do not report issues within this time frame, all goods are assumed to be accepted as well received and no adjustments can or will be made - no exceptions!
- Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving goods.
- Wholesale Returns will be refunded as "store credit" at 90 Degree by Reflex's discretion.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All wholesale returns must be received in the following conditions, if the below conditions are not met you will not receive store credit:
- In correct pre-pack ratio (no single item may be returned on its own)
- Every item must have the correct tag affixed
- Garments must be folded and placed inside the correct (size, color, style) polybag
- Each pre-pack bag must be received packed, sealed and "ready for restock"
- Garments cannot be worn, washed, or smell of perfume/fabric freshener
*only open one size per style/color to inspect, if possible.
- Items that are received with damaged, with marking, excessively wrinkled, or covered in hair will not be accepted for return/refund. Please keep items in a clean area until you are ready to return.
All wholesale returns must include order slip and RMA slip inside the package in order to be processed.
Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date in which customer applied for return.
Damages & Defects:
If you receive any damages to your inspected package upon receiving, please document incident with pictures and a detailed description of damaged product and email information to: email@example.com

We are not responsible for missing packages that contains a delivered status from carriers. We will do our best to file a claim but customer is not guaranteed that the claim will be accepted. If the claim is not approved customer will not be credited for their order. No discounts will be given for re-order.
Our manufactured products may vary in logo placement, fabric content, seaming, and exact color. Images on our website are an approximation of the product. We cannot control if colors or shades on our products are different from actual product due to varying screen resolutions. These issues do not constitute as a defective item and will not be an accepted for Damage/Defective Returns. We do our best to update images accordingly, but inventory can vary from shipment to shipment. If you have any concerns or specifics, please reach out prior to purchase.

We are not held responsible for returns damage or defective claims bought by third-party consumers of re-sale vendors. As soon as you receive your order you are instructed to inspect your package carefully given ample time of 5 days from delivery date of your package to contact us for any issues, outside of the 5 day term you are responsible for all sales made, including any customer health concern or personal injury.
